- Charged monthly since March.
- The account was never set up or email confirmed; four contact attempts were made; taking this to the financial ombudsman.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wouldn’t say the solution was ‘offered’ by Numerade as they ignored me many times, however when I phoned by bank, First Direct, they raised a formal dispute to Numerade, which they finally responded to and issued a refund.
Numerade are cowboys and will not issue a refund where it is fairly due, to an individual contacting them. Only when contacted by a bank or Mastercard etc will they quickly scramble to resolve a formal dispute.
My account was never fully set up. The email address associated with the account was never confirmed or verified. I have never used the service. I attempted to cancel minutes into the free trial but was unsuccessful.
I have contacted Numerade four times since March. After they replied to my first email, ignoring what I had said, they proceeded to ignore every subsequent email. I am taking this matter to the financial ombudsman.
Either they are absolute cowboys, or their customer service team cannot read and or has been trained exceptionally poorly! Avoid Numerade - they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I am Thau Van Duong and I have a question. I have been using this website for two months. During this period, I was on a plan that cost 29.95 per month. However, when I deleted my account, I was unable to remove my credit card information. I assumed that once I deleted the account, the credit card information would also be eradicated. However, it's been a month since I deleted the account, and I don't understand why money is still being deducted from my credit card. Therefore, I need you to remove my credit card information and discontinue the subscription on this website as I no longer plan to use or pay for it.
I had to recreate a new account to contact you as I forgot the password of the old account, which is why I cannot use the old to cancel the subscription myself. Please assist me in cancelling it.
